TERMS OF SERVICE

1. ABOUT THESE TERMS
Aftergrow is a brand of Domin8 Commerce LLC dba Sema Wellness ("Aftergrow," "we," "us" or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply when you visit getaftergrow.com (the "Site"), buy our products or use any related service (together, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to the policies they refer to, including our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Subscription Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Our store runs on Shopify, which provides the platform we use to sell to you.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes apply from the moment we post them, and your continued use of the Service means you accept them.
2. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to buy from us. We currently ship only within the United States.
3. OUR PRODUCTS
Aftergrow Scalp Serum is a cosmetic product for external use. It is not a drug, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. It helps hair look fuller and conditions the scalp. Results vary from person to person.
Before use, read the full ingredient list on the product page and the label. Aftergrow contains soybean and wheat germ extracts. If your skin is sensitive, test a few drops behind your ear and wait 24 hours first. Stop use if irritation occurs. If you are pregnant or nursing, take prescription medication or have a health condition, ask your doctor or pharmacist before use.
4. INFORMATION ON THE SITE
The information on the Site, including our guides and emails, is general information and not medical advice. It is not a substitute for advice from a doctor or dermatologist. If your shedding is sudden, patchy or lasts more than six months, see a dermatologist.
We work to keep the Site accurate, but it may occasionally contain errors in descriptions, prices, promotions or availability. We may correct errors, and update or cancel affected orders, at any time, including after you have placed an order. If we cancel an order you paid for, we will refund you.
5. ORDERS, PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices are in US dollars and may change at any time. Taxes are added at checkout where required. We may refuse or cancel any order, or limit quantities per person, household or payment method, for example if we suspect fraud or resale. Our products are for personal use only and may not be resold.
Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its payment partners. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.
6. AUTO-REFILL (SUBSCRIPTIONS)
If you choose The 90-Day Protocol with auto-refill, you agree to the following:
- We send three bottles now, then three bottles every 3 months, at the auto-refill price shown at checkout, until you cancel.
- We charge your saved payment method on each renewal date, and the order ships within 2 business days.
- You can skip a delivery or cancel anytime before your next renewal date, by signing in to your account or emailing hello@getaftergrow.com. There is no fee and no minimum number of orders.
- We will email you before any price change. If you do not want to continue at the new price, you can cancel before your next renewal.
- If a payment fails, we may retry it and may pause your subscription until it is resolved.
- The 90-Day Guarantee covers your first auto-refill order only. Later deliveries are not covered.

7. SHIPPING
We ship within the United States. Orders usually ship within 2 business days, and delivery times depend on your address and the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo, and we will send a replacement. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
8. THE 90-DAY GUARANTEE, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Use Aftergrow for 90 days. If you don't love how your hair looks, email hello@getaftergrow.com within 120 days of delivery with your order number, and we will refund the product price of your first order. You don't need to send anything back. The guarantee applies once per customer, to the first order only, and shipping costs are not refunded. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened products outside the guarantee. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
9. REVIEWS AND OTHER CONTENT YOU SEND US
When you submit a review, photo, comment or other content ("Content"), you confirm that it reflects your own honest experience, that you have the right to share it, and that it does not include anyone else's personal information.
You give us a free, worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual license to use, reproduce, display and share your Content in connection with Aftergrow, including on the Site, in emails and in advertising, together with the name or initials you submitted.
If you receive a free product or any incentive in exchange for a review, you agree to say so in your review, and we may label it.
We may remove Content that is unlawful, abusive, off-topic, contains personal information or makes medical claims. We do not remove reviews because they are negative.
10. EMAIL AND TEXT MESSAGES
If you sign up for our emails, you agree to receive marketing emails from us. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
If you join our text message program, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and account messages from Aftergrow at the mobile number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
11. PRIVACY
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information. By using the Service, you agree to it.
12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Aftergrow name, logo and symbol, and all content on the Site, including text, images, graphics and design, belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, sell or use any of it without our written permission, except for your own personal, non-commercial use of the Site.
13. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to use the Service to: break any law; infringe anyone's rights; submit false or misleading information; harass or harm others; upload viruses or harmful code; scrape, crawl or collect data from the Site; or interfere with or bypass its security. We may suspend or end your access if you do.
14. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
We use third-party services to run the store, send emails and collect reviews, and the Site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for third-party services, websites or content, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.
15. DISCLAIMERS
Except as expressly stated in these Terms and our policies, the Service and our products are provided "as is" and "as available," to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not promise that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent the law allows, Aftergrow and its owners, employees, suppliers and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service or a product is limited to the amount you paid us for the product that gave rise to the claim. Some states do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
17. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend and indemnify Aftergrow and its owners, employees and partners against any claims, losses and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of others.
18. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you have a concern, please contact us first at hello@getaftergrow.com, and we will try to resolve it within 30 days. If we cannot, any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you and we agree to their jurisdiction. Either of us may bring a qualifying claim in small claims court.
19. TERMINATION
We may suspend or end your access to the Service if you break these Terms. Sections that by their nature should continue, including those on content, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, indemnification and disputes, will continue after termination.
20. GENERAL
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce any part is not a waiver. These Terms and the policies they refer to are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service. We may transfer our rights under these Terms, for example as part of a sale of our business.
